Jabree, our founder, chose the name Four Palm Advisory to reflect a commitment to strength, resilience, and partnership. Inspired by the palm tree, a symbol from his wedding and an emblem of a strong, adaptable foundation, it represents the strategy we deliver to our clients: solutions designed to withstand market volatility and drive long-term stability. Our goal is to provide the financial clarity and confidence that business owners need to make informed decisions and position themselves for sustainable growth.
Additionally, "Four Palm" represents the four members of Jabree’s family and also embodies the spirit of collaboration between advisor and client — our hands and yours, united in purpose. With extensive experience working alongside small businesses, we understand the challenges owners face daily. We take an owner’s mindset to every engagement, fully investing our energy and expertise to tackle operational hurdles and help propel your business forward. Founder & Principal
Jabree Brooks is a seasoned financial executive and the founder of Four Palm Advisory. Jabree started Four Palm Advisory with the business owner in mind. His goal is to empower business owners with the financial clarity and strategic insights they need to grow and thrive. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and strategic leadership, Jabree has dedicated his career to helping businesses make better decisions through accurate and timely financial information.
Jabree’s professional journey includes leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as Ernst & Young, UBS, and J.P. Morgan. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Mast Capital, a Miami-based real estate development firm, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and maximizing value creation. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, cash flow modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, fund accounting, investor relations, and integrating acquired businesses maximize value.
As a CPA and CFA Charterholder, Jabree combines technical precision with strategic foresight, making him a trusted partner for small to medium-sized businesses and private equity funds. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University.
Jabree founded Four Palm Advisory out of a deep passion for helping business owners focus on what they do best—growing their businesses. By providing outsourced CFO advisory services and accounting, he ensures that his clients have the financial tools and strategies to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve sustainable success.
